FSI believes clients must have access to training of the highest calibre when they invest in a Concept™ CAFM system. FSI offers a full range of scheduled and on site courses, which can be run as the client requires. We recognise that the needs of every client are unique and our courses are all customised and tailored accordingly.
FSI's training programmes are instructor led and hands on, making the courses directly relevant to the real world of the end user. Our trainers all have a background in FM and detailed knowledge of its role within the modern business environment. Our trainers can aim the courses at every necessary level, accommodate a diverse range of delegates and make them all feel at ease during the session.
Client needs, in terms of training, will be address by the FSI Training team. Training will be delivered on site and will be tailored to suit the client’s preferences and the requirements of the internal staff.
FSI recommend that core system users attend a minimum 3 day Concept Foundation Skills Course. Users requiring an in depth knowledge of additional modules should attend a minimum 1 day course for each module purchased.
