With many users now using web browsers to interface with their key applications, FSI developed Concept eSQL™ allowing several Concept SQL™ or Concept 500™ functionalities to be integrated with existing Internet or Intranet systems.
Users can view ConceptT data, log and review helpdesk calls, track the status of tasks, book conference room facilities, manage purchase orders and retrieve client contract information via their preferred web browser.
Using standard Microsoft technologies, FSI has designed a user interface that is easy to use, fully configurable and contains a host of features to help Concept™ Systems play an even greater role throughout your organisation and beyond.
The eSQL Graphical User Interface is configurable for fonts, colours, style and text, with the system providing the ability create and control multiple versions of your facilities website or selected individual pages and menu items. The system also includes functionality to create and manage multilingual browser pages and compulsory fields.
Full security is maintained by data segregation and integration with Concept™ Contract Views. Logon, password identification and other measures ensure that only permitted users have access to data. The set of management tools included provide users with full management of the module.
Concept™ eSQL consists of a set of components, which may be installed and integrated separately if required.
