FSI Middle East attends recent MEFMA gathering and networking event
Adrian Jarvis, General Manager of FSI Middle East was pleased to be invited as a panellist to discuss the impact of technology on FM, as well as the CAFM Return on Investment. Discussions included the types of technologies available to FM providers today, with a focus on their savings potential, as well as how FM providers can make the most out of the system's capabilities in relation to CAFM.
The extent to which the potential of FM technologies are being realised was also discussed, as well as ways in which the FM industry can persuade customers of the benefits of investing in technology. The fact that labour and energy is relatively cheap in the UAE, and whether the returns on energy or labour-saving technologies sufficiently compelling in this market were also debated..
