FSI Middle East - a subsidiary of the international facilities, property, and maintenance management software provider FSI (FM Solutions) - is focussed on providing technology solutions to building owners, occupiers, in-house FM teams, and facilities service and maintenance organisations across the MENA region. We established our Middle East business in 2002 and have delivered to solutions to many GCC and MENA organisations since this date.

FSI (FM Solutions) has been developing, designing and implementing Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software solutions since 1990.  Our range of Concept™ systems are widely recognised market leaders in CAFM solutions and FSI is noted for innovation with the marketplace. The heart of each Concept™ system is the Asset Register, this together with comprehensive Planned Maintenance and Helpdesk / Breakdown management functions, is the key to providing complete control of all facilities service providers and task types from within one system.

FSI is not just a software house. We employ experienced FM personnel in order to provide clients with complete project management consultancy, implementation and support services. Working in partnership with numerous blue-chip organisations, FSI has been engaged in many prestige projects to provide high-level Facilities Management and maintenance service solutions.

We are keen to promote the concept of Solution Partnering and strive to work closely with our partners and clients to the mutual benefit of all parties. Concept™ systems are continually developed through both customer requests and our own research and development.

At FSI we recognise that in addition to providing a range of sound, well proven modules & systems, it is imperative that comprehensive support and implementation services are available to our customers. Over a number of years FSI has invested heavily in advancing not only our systems, but also our support services. FSI’s Support Desk uses the Concept™ Helpdesk module to log and track calls from more than 700 clients and covers a wide range of requests.
